Return Policy
Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If there is a problem with your order, we will do our best to remedy the situation. Because of the nature of the product we sell we don't expect returns. If there is a manufacturer defect we will replace the item with the exact same product. You must contact us via email within 5 days of receipt of the defective item. We will respond with a RMA number that must accompany your return. All items must be sent with a copy of the sales receipt and RMA number via UPS Parcel Post.
Privacy Policy The Belly Button Store respects your privacy. We don't sell, rent, loan or transfer any of your personal information to any third party. Any information you give us about yourself will be held with the utmost care and security. Information collected on our site is strictly for the use of The Belly Button Store. We will not collect any personal information without our customers knowingly and willingly provide it to us.
Order Processing All orders will be processed as soon as possible, however some orders may be delayed if an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will contact you via email as soon as possible. All customer service inquires must be emailed to support@thebellybuttonstore.com. Customer inquires WILL NOT be handled by phone.
Shipping Shipping rates are based on the current cost of shipping plus a small handling fee. For security reasons, the shipping address must be the same as the billing address on the credit card used at the time of purchase. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THEN THE ONE THAT IS LISTED ON THE CREDIT CARD. The shipping cost is per order not item. Orders that exceed $25 will be shipped for free. We are not responsible for orders that lost or stolen after the purchase has been delivered.

Our Products
We offer discounted naval bananas in a variety of styles. All of our jewelry is made with quality in mind. Our bananas are 14g and 7/16" in length and their shafts are made of 316L surgical stainless steel. The stones are pressed to fit not glued and all crystals are cut with precision. The metal shaft inserts into the ball to avoid stripping.
